ELEMENTS
INFO:
The ELEMENTS is symphony for the Future by Pawel Pudlo. It takes listeners on a musical journey telling the story of humans, from the beginning of coexistence with nature, through technological inventions, all the way to feeling lost in the digital world.
The musical language used by the composer involves a symphony orchestra, choirs singing in Swahili and Latin, as well as ethnic and electronic instruments but also those built with garbage – disposable, plastic bottles and packaging, drums of washing machines and other e-waste.
The "Elements" symphony has become the basis of the "Elements Festival" combining music and environmental education. The idea behind the creation of the "Elements" project was the observation of the changing world today. It is undeniable for all of us that it is essential to solve the problems related to the impact of people on the world around us, e.g., the problem of smog or a pervasive plague of plastic garbage. The latter issue may be one of the biggest challenges that we, as humanity, will have to face in the foreseeable future.
The symphony has become the basis of the project of the same title combining music and environmental education.
