Pawel Pudlo

A Polish composer of symphonic, film, and chamber music, founder and director of the Polish nationwide, cross-sector ’Elements Festival’. Creator and director of the multidisciplinary projects ’Elements’ and ’Phoenix Cities’, which combine music with social engagement, involving scientists, educators, activists, and artists from various fields, including music, film, visual arts, and sculpture. His symphonic works are aimed at a broad audience. His music is performed by outstanding Polish and international musicians collaborating with ensembles such as the Berliner Philharmoniker, the National Philharmonic in Warsaw, the Grand Theatre-National Opera in Warsaw, and the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra. Concert pieces and films featuring his music have been presented worldwide. He often combines orchestral ensemble with electronics and ethnic instruments. His music has been performed in prestigious venues, including the United Nations Headquarters in New York (USA), the Internationales Congress Centrum in Berlin (Germany), the National Stadium in Warsaw (Poland), and the Olympic Stadium in Kyiv (Ukraine). The author of the music for the UEFA European Football Championship Euro2012, which was heard by over 1.5 million people. The holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage Scholarship. He was also recognized in the category of ‚Album of the Year 2018 - classical music’.
